RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Buy Water Bottle, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below before requesting a return.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- In its original packaging, where applicable.
- Returned with any original tags, accessories, or components included with the product.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order information.

Please do not send a return without first contacting us. Return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you are returning an eligible item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at support@buywaterbottle.com.
Please include your order number and details about the issue. We may also request photographs of the item and packaging to help us review the problem.
For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, Buy Water Bottle will provide an appropriate resolution and will cover applicable return shipping costs when a return is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without the original components may not be eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used for drinking may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
